请以下通过我院单独招生考试报名资格审核的考生于[font=Times New Roman]4月[font=Times New Roman]10日[font=Times New Roman]8:[font=Times New Roman]30─[font=Times New Roman]16:[font=Times New Roman]30到学院进行现场资格审查并领取准考证，[u]并根据考生报到时间的早晚安排面试。[/u]

现场提交资料有：

[font=Times New Roman]1、考生本人签名确认的《四川航天职业技术学院[font=Times New Roman]2015年单独招生报名表》。

[font=Times New Roman]2、第二代身份证原件及复印件。

[font=Times New Roman]3、近期彩色免冠照（大一寸）[font=Times New Roman]4张

[font=Times New Roman]4、考生须缴纳考试费[font=Times New Roman]130元，在考生领取准考证时收取。

准考证领取地点：四川航天职业技术学院广汉校区（地址：广汉市航天大道[font=Times New Roman]155号）明志楼二楼大厅。

考试时间：[font=Times New Roman]4月[font=Times New Roman]11日

上午[font=Times New Roman]9:00─[font=Times New Roman]11:30 笔试[font=Times New Roman]

下午[font=Times New Roman]13:30─[font=Times New Roman]18:00 面试（技能测试）
